Well you don't need to edit Trump because he never makes sense. His followers love that about him.
I can see how you would feel that way. I'm sure you can follow along just fine until he starts using words with more than two syllables then you're right, he just makes no sense at that point. When you were in school did you ride on the big bus or the shorter one? I already know the answer, I just want to hear you say it. :ROFLMAO:

You have to take into account that whatever Trump spews from his nostrils is Gospel Truth to his cult followers. This is in spite of him proven to lie, mislead, etc over 30,000 times when he was in The Whitehouse. Cannot believe that Canadians even on this Board would passionately defend his charades. Trump wants to screw over Canada with those needless tariffs. That will result in a tit for tat implementation of tariffs with goods imported from the USA. Now we have had a Global inflation crisis, that Canada has tackled successfully, but these tariffs will push up the inflation. Do not know what excuses the Trump lovers on this Board have for these tariffs if and a big if he gets back into the Whitehouse!!
A politician that lies? Who would have ever thought? 🤦‍♂️ :ROFLMAO:

They are getting millions of views.
If you had a daughter how do you explain to her that you back a guy who grabs them by the pussy and is banning abortion?
What does millions of views mean. You act as if people believe this bullshit. You think females don't know how males talk about them and vise versa. Seriously do you ever leave your house.

Some good old-fashioned race-baiting at the big Trump rally.
The guy's an off-color comedian on the rise. It's not a great joke, but it's a fairly straight-forward Halloween joke that makes the huge, huge offense that Black people like watermelons.

The U.S. is moving away from hyper-sensitivity in our language and culture. You're going to see some corners of our culture fight it, but it's happening. I hope Canada follows suit and doesn't get upset as a culture about every joke or misphrased comment. Who doesn't like a good Newfie joke? Or Jordan Peterson for that matter?

If you really want to be offended, you should find and post Hinchcliffe's Puerto Rico joke which doesn't really land. Republican leaders basically said it was a terrible joke and denounced it. These things will happen when you fill an arena and mix entertainment with politics.

Trump on anti-vaxxer RFK Jr.: “I'm gonna let him go wild on health. I'm gonna let him go wild on the food. I'm gonna let him go wild on medicines.”

This is the same MSG appearance that featured screens with Ivermectin ads during the festivities.

I think people are beyond fact checking Trump at this point. lol.
People still fact check Trump, they just know that it is meaningless for most of his audience.
Neither Rogan or Trump care much about facts, so pointing our all the things they got wrong (either deliberately or by accident) over three hours doesn't really matter to the people who were keen to listen to them. (Since those people also don't care about facts.)

CLAIM: Trump rally speaker claims Puerto Rico is a floating pile of garbage. TRUTH: This is called comedy and the “speaker” is comedian Tony Hinchcliffe. Here are the facts: -This is Tony Hinchcliffe, the host of K*ll Tony, the #1 live podcast in the world. -Tony is known for roasting celebrities and famous politicians. -Tony’s show showcases professional comedians and elevates lesser known comedians. -Tony has roasted the likes of Trump, Snoop Dogg, and even Tom Brady. -Tony is also a writer for Comedy Central Roasts and his written for James Franco, Justin Bieber, and Rob Lowe. This is literally just a stand up bit.

It was posted right here for everyone's viewing pleasure! Republican leaders, hmmmm, what about Trump and Vance, has either of them denounced it? If so, please provide the link. I do suspect Trump will in a lack luster fashion denounce it from fear of losing some Latino votes.

I also hope he brings more comedians making jokes about watermelon, maybe a fried chicken off-the-cuff remark, I think it's a great idea to do more of this before Nov, 5th.

There goes the Latino vote.

"Puerto Rico is a floating island of garbage"

and with that, bye bye Latino vote

Listening to him he's calm and having a conversation with Joe. Joe is sucking up to him and feeding him very easy questions and I'm sure he was told by Joe and his team to just have a conversation. He lying as always but doing it very calmly. He's actually doing well but this podcast won't change anyone's mind. The Trump voters are going to still vote for him and the Harris voters are not, it will come down to which base gets most of their voters out and which candidate picks up most of the undecided if any are left.
I think it is mostly a soft win for Trump.

He didn't fuck up wildly and provide some kind of viral clip that made him look terrible.

It was about what I expected - pretty boring and with no real news value. Lots of lying and no real fact checking. People will view it as good or bad based on how they already feel about how Trump talks and what he says.

Would it convince someone to switch votes in either direction? I doubt it a lot.

But it may have shored up someone who mostly wanted to vote Trump but was doubting after some recent news reports that "yeah, it's ok to go ahead and vote the way I wanted to in the first place".

And that's not nothing.

So it isn't going to move the needle much but may help stop him from losing some votes.
That's useful to him.

Yeah, I completely agree and it already seems the interview has lost the media's attention and all have moved on.

From a tactical perspective, I think Kamala let this dance with Rogan corner her into a bad position. If she doesn't go on, she looks weak. If she does go on, she now looks desperate.

Her campaign should have determined earlier that she was going to do the show or not do the show. Then she should have just stuck with that decision.
The question then would be who leaked to the press that she was in talks with Rogan to do the show?
As mentioned, Rogan had refused Trump many times before this, so what made Rogan change his mind?
