I just watched the Kapelos interview with Cameron McKay, and he confirmed that parts of the evidence was provided to the Indian Govt. But they were refusing to co-operate.
Moreover he also clarified that in the past Canada did extradite many individuals to India. Out of the current 27, Canada has requested further specific evidence to move the extradition cases forward, and the Indian Govt. have stalled on it!!
You seem to be obsessed with Trudeau by desperately trying to defend the Indian govt in this whole affair. If Trudeau steps down I'm not going to lose any crocodile tears as his almost a decade of PM means that Canadians want a change like they did with Harper.
