Wrong. These people have friends, families, belong to community groups etc. Many times those close to them know what they are up to. Families can put pressure on them. Many can be reported to authorities. And the difference is that we in our communities are victims Communiphobia like the people of Islam are complaining about Islamophobia.
They likely do all that.
It is difficult to say what conversations happen within families and friends but it is likely that it is because they raise their kids right that of the 2B a tiny minority are terrorists just like a tiny minority of our communities are terrorists or criminals.
In every community, including the Jewish community there are bad actors.
