BTW. Gaza was Egyptian. When Israel signed their peace deal, they gave back the Sinai but Egypt refused to take Gaza back. West Bank was Jordan and all West Bank Palestinians were Jordanian citizens until Jordan didn't want them back in their peace deal.

I see you ignored what I said. The ICC is only mandated to act if the country involved refuses to investigate and take actions. If the war ends and Israel doesn't investigate, then the ICC could step in. You could then argue whether Israel's investigation was acceptable but according to the statutes the ICC is based on the current investigation against Israel may be against their own rules.
Most of them prefer being Israeli to being under PA or even worse, Hamas rule, even despite the marginalization they face in Israel.
