There is no official, globally recognized designation, method, rationale, definition or agreement on what terrorism means, what is an official government standing and what is assumed.

I know you're arguing that just because the US, Canada and a few others have lists means that you think all other countries must have similar lists. But really, this 'terrorism' term is largely something used seriously by western countries in the first place.

Really, its a way to avoid going through international law and agreements. So that the US can unilaterally declare whoever they like is a terrorist and therefore attack them and claim those attacks are justified even if they aren't legal.

Those states made public statements saying they think Israel is a terrorist state and your argument is about whether they did the correct paperwork so it counts.

I am watching Godfather of Harlem now. Very decent show. Among other things it really shows how Islam made inroads into Black community. Malcolm X and Cassius Clay are in it. I am less surprised now that Palis managed to play the race card so well and attract racialized people in addition to the usual bleeding hearts and other various losers.

How many of those people have you actually talked to? Have you talked to any elite Iranians? From those I've talked to (though not many) have been pretty normal people. They have not ruled against Israel so far. Pro-palestinians can call that corrupt. Perspectives differ.

But extreme pro-Palestinians have an opinion that runs counter to the process. Their cases always take years; if it was only this case taking so long they may have a point.

Israel also sees them as corrupt for not following their own rules. The ICC is only supposed to act if the country refuses to investigate and act on their findings which doesn't apply right now. If the war ends and Israel refuses to do any serious investigations, then the ICC could intervene.
