So why do they not have the same rights of aliyah as settler Jews?
-Could it be cuz they tried to wipe the Jews out from the day one ?

They at least called it home and lived there.
- Irrelevant if they did

Is it because of race?
- race has nothing to do with it. there are muslims and druze folks who
live in Israel, work as everyone else and serve in police and IDF, nobody
cares about their race

Nice try buddy. Show me the source where it says that UN proposed partitioning plan for mandate Palestine was not accepted by the Jews in Palestine.
