The CNN article was updated in February and was a report on the third quarter of 2023.
In it it states that 7% of the work force was activated for military duty thereby slowing production and causing a drop in GDP..
GDP of Israel as of April 2024 is shown to have a growth increase of 1.6% as some of the workforce is released from military duty back into the workforce.
