HRW does reports, they take the evidence presented by victims and do some investigation. When Israel gives them testimony its their job to report it for investigation. Same as they do after they found Israel is apartheid, committing genocide and settlers are acting as terrorists.

They send those reports to the UN, ICC and ICJ.

You still don't understand and keep backing HRW when they say you back genocide, Shazi.
Your naming HRW as a trustworthy source means you know you are backing some of the most evil shite humans have done to other humans in many a decade. You have made a valid argument that you know exactly what you are backing.
