You miss my point. Trump is claiming the tariffs will bring billions and billions of tax revenue from China. Enough tax revenue to pay for his no taxing tips, no taxing OT and no taxing pensions. This is all a lie and that is my point. The tariffs only raise the price of products and are used only to help American companies who cannot compete with some countries on pricing.
Squeeze, does it really matter how he says he is going to finance this and that? Kamala has a lot of programs that she wants to initiate. She has said she is going to raise taxes but independent studies have said they won't cover all her plans. Is she just going to borrow another trillion? If she can't find a way to finance more programs, are those lies?

In any event, we all know most of this has to go through Congress regardless of who is President.

Take the emotion out if it and you realize hyperbole in U.S. politics is quite normal. Trump likely exaggerates more than any current politician, but some how everyone is all over his claims and disregarding Kamala's. It's okay for her to say she is going to do things that she can't pay for. Perhaps she can pay for it if she can take a bite out of the middle class. Democrats always have tax plans that they claim won't impact most Americans. It's just politics.

.
@realchrisrufo
with a balanced piece on the cats in Ohio topic. I don’t think this is about cats. It is about immigration and border policy and the continuous effort to discredit everything that
@realDonaldTrump
says in order to present him as delusional or worse. The public at large has lost confidence in the MSM because so many events that were once deemed to be conspiracy theories turn out to be true, and because their favorite candidate is continuously excerpted and edited in a manner to mislead. That is why I believe that long form interviews are the best medium to understand a candidate. I encourage you to watch
@KamalaHarris
first solo interview since she became the candidate and the many podcast and other long form interviews of Trump so you can form your own assessment.

Trump is a stunning liar, a meglomaniac, a sociopath and complete incompetent who will not listen

Harris is just your typical lying politician

Politicians are forced to lie and exaggerate and tell semi truths even if they do not want to or they will not get voted in so you need to cut them some slack

Saying Trump is just a typical lying politician is like saying Hitler was

I stand corrected. I do not support tariffs across the board. However, China is fair game.

I was focused on the big proposed tariff with China. Mexico is currently benefiting from a manufacturing away shift away from China. Mexico is a bit complicated to discuss. They are in the U.S.-Mexico-Canada agreement which should insulate them from tariffs. Trump is known to be aggressive on trade. Mexico has a leftist government that is dangerously flirting with breaking terms of the agreement.

The U.S. incidentally also has free trade agreements with twenty countries. I wouldn't start to dissect Trump's words to presume these agreements would necessarily be blown up.
That would bump up most of Amazon and Walmart prices by 60%.
You'd be up for that?

NEW: Karine Jean-Pierre gets triggered after a reporter asks about the Haitians who are allegedly eating animals in Springfield. KJP, the daughter of Haitian immigrants, dismissed the reports as "hateful" and called them "conspiracy theories. After a reporter continued to press her on the issue, KJP said she wouldn't answer any more questions because it was "not funny." Multiple reports have come out in recent days claiming Haitians in Springfield are snatching geese from local parks. A 911 call revealed a man called the police after Haitians allegedly stole four geese from the park. Ohio duck expert Lisa Montgomery also revealed that duck and goose disappearances are skyrocketing in the Springfield area. Other Springfield residents say they saw Haitians driving around in a white van, snatching up cats.

The difference is Kamala tells you she is raising corporate taxes for one, Trump lies to you and tells you his Tarrif will cover his no taxes on Tips, OT and pensions on top of huge tax cuts to the wealthy. I don't believe I can help you if you cannot see the difference.

I can't help but write off all Trump voters as having a very low IQ and/or just very gullible folks.

Trump and his team never saw Harris coming.

Trump said she was stupid and most people saw her as a politician thrown into a position that was over her head but there were huge signs she is very competent

Her campaign rollout was exceptional as she talked the Dems into nominating her without a primary and she raised stunning amounts of $$$$ and has surged into a tie in the polls

She was a prosecuter and warned Trump that her courtroom skills will destroy
him . I thought her warning was unwise as she should of played the meek woman
but Trumps ego was too dumb to listen. It worked but her bravado could have backfired

By distracting Trump in the debate she never had to talk about her weak points as Trump rambled

She has walked a narrow path without a mistep

Now that her momentum has stopped and the race is a toss up she has another big test.

I wonder about her next tactics but I suspect more scary anti Trump ads and time to do a lot of interviews so voters get to know her. She has avoided the press to the point of pretending to be on the phone when press is around so she can get her rehearsed responses memorized.

She will carefully select the interviews with 60 minutes being the big one hour interview

I wonder if she will do the late night shows or maybe SNL ?

Trump is running away from her as his meglomania ego has been scared so how about another debate and if Trump does not show she got the stage to herself?

Does this non-answer sound familiar?

She's brain-dead. Literally Biden 2.0, and outside of rehearsed and coached responses, she's completely lost.

This is not someone capable of leading a nation let alone the most powerful nation on Earth.
