He is fairly smart as a crook. I watched his deposition in Trump uni fraud case (for which he ended up paying $25 mil or so in compensation to the students he defrauded). He did pretty good answering lawyers questions.
But then again, the entire Trump uni project barely made any money after settling the case. So maybe he is dumb after all?
