So you think its a good thing that Ontario nurses are leaving the province so often that DoFo had to start a campaign to attract foreign nurses?
There you go again, making baseless claims without knowing the facts. When COVID hit, Ontario nurses quit, in droves. A friend who's a nurse manager told me when COVID hit, 40% of the 50 nurses under her control simply quit. This happened with a large percentage of nurses in the province. Once again, you've proven your FDS (Ford Derangement Syndrome) has gotten the best of you.

By all means, criticize Ford, but at least know what you're taking about before you make idiotic claims.

As for the $150 million 2 km bike path, Chow, as mayor had the ability to say no, too expensive and look for alternatives. If you think Ford's in the pockets of big developers, take a look at the City of Toronto and their closed tendering practices.

Unlike other major Ontario cities, Toronto uses a closed tendering process to award contracts for many of its most expensive construction projects. The closed process means only a select number of construction companies affiliated with a handful of major unions can bid on those jobs. As a result, Toronto has been overpaying for construction projects to the tune of $350 million a year. That’s according to a report released last year by Cardus, a non-partisan think tank.

Ford enabled Toronto to be able to open up the bidding process, but they didn't. As a result, I blame both Chow and Tory for not doing anything to change this wasteful practice. Toronto is the only city in Ontario with this closed tendering process. If you want a glaring example of "favouring your friends", look no further than Toronto city council.

Here's a good piece on the bike path. Chow simply doesn't care about your money. She'll just raise your property tax another 10% next year to cover her wasteful spending.

Have you forgotten Bill 124?
Not only did that drive out nurses but it cost Ontario $13 billion in backpay.

Nice try but that's a Metrolinx contract and Metrolinx is provincial.
Did they open the Eglington line yet?
How big was the CEO bonus?

The fat fucks first campaign promise was to fire the CEO of Hydro One. My lights have never been off yet the LRT is still delayed and Peter Verser continues to steal money from the province. Ford's whole intention when he became premier was to go after his enemies. He shut down William Osler hospital in Brampton because their mayor Patrick Brown told the health office to be open about covid numbers. He removed three members from his party since becoming premier and wanted to reduce the number of members on Toronto's city council yet added more members to his cabinet.

Really? By what official measure?
(fyi your biased hatred is not an official measure)

If I had to guess based on general opinion alone, Kathleen Wynne would be the worst Ontario Premier of all time. I don't think many would argue.
Do you think that your hatred counts?

Who cares about public opinion. T he fact is that Ford is the worst Premier. The manner in which he wanted to by pass protocols to open the Greenbelt just to favour his buddies.
Now he compares humans to animals in the manner in which he "joked" about the ones desperately waiting for procedures etc should be lining up at the new veterinarian location that he opened!!

He was the worst when he locked down Ontario for 2 years.
About the only positive is when push came to shove he then implemented the Covid-19 restrictions!!

They aren't responsible but have found ways to act because the provinces have failed so miserably.
DoFo has failed to get housing built forcing the feds to step in.
Feds are responsible and have neglected that responsibility for a decade and now on the eve of losing the next election they are making token gestures.
Don't make such uninformed comments. Just makes you look foolish.

I'm not involved in politics to the point that I can analyse the breakdown of who is responsible for what percentage of the finances allotted to tackle the homeless problem so if your looking for a complicated answer I can't give you one. As the person designated to oversee our province and it's finances it's quite clear to see he totally turns a blind eye to the homelessness issue. As someone who lives in a home I can see how that wouldn't concern you but I have a huge problem with the fact that thousands of Canadian citizens live in tents. I'm not sure how that doesn't concern everybody but clearly it doesn't
You are entitled to your opinion of course, but your blame appears to be misplaced.
Ford runs the province but is not responsible for who is allowed into the country. Letting more people in than the country can accommodate is one of the root issues here. i.e. if the roof is leaking, you don't blame the person responsible for emptying the buckets for why the floor is getting wet.

How is Ford "turning a blind eye" to homelessness in your opinion?

Killing rent control - rents went up
Freezing disability and social services - people can't afford housing

"Who cares about public opinion" says the guy giving his opinion about Ford. Lol!

That's why I asked you by which official measure are you coming to that conclusion?

Do you have a factual tabulated source of info that concludes who was the best or worst premier? No you don't.

So the only measure would be public opinion. A simple google search of what most people's opinions are in this respect will give you your answer.

Wrong, municipal and housing is provincial.
Really?
Is that why Canada has a federal housing minister?...or is he too busy finding ways to make more money building smartphone apps?
What level of government is CMHC?
Who controls immigration?
Who controls bank regulations?
Who controls federal fiscal policy?

You don't think all that affects housing in provinces and cities?

Helping deliver the Government of Canada’s commitment to make housing more affordable

CMHC supports housing programs for people whose housing needs aren’t being met by the market.
A financial institution providing housing finance solutions, evidence-based insights backed by the latest research and data, and we deliver the government’s housing programs.

Federal loans vs provinces responsible for builds.
Like with health care, you're always looking for excuses for DoFo.

People can't afford anything because Trudeau has made things that way and has compounded the issue by letting too many people into the country. Give you head a shake.

..and you can stop spreading misinformation any time...it's not working for you.

ODSP has increased 12% since 2022. Blame Trudeau about the cost of living that he has made unaffordable rather than blaming DoFo just because you don't like him.

Now you think posting DoFo press releases is posting facts?

If you believe that to be true, how do you explain the massive increases in rent in Ontario if DoFo's legislation stopped it?
