This isn't a left or right issue, it's a media literacy issue.
1. The IBA allowed her to compete for years before disqualifying her in the middle of a competition, that she had already been allowed to compete at.
2. The IBA's own minutes show that it was a decision by their CEO, not their doctor, not their director of competition, or registrar, or whatever.
3. The IBA won't even name the test that they did. However, they are on record stating that it was not a testosterone test, nor was it a genetic test.
4. There is no path to change your gender in Algeria. What's on her passport is what she was born as.
5. She'd literally be in jail or dead if she was trans in rural Algeria, where she was born and grew up.
6. As an elite athlete, she has to have been under relatively intense medical care, training, etc. Lots of time naked on a table, or in her gitch in a locker room.
Either the IBA is lying, or Imane (and about 1,100 other people) is covering up being a dude.
For the first one to be true, the IBA, who has a vested financial interest AND has offered no proof of their story, has to be lying
For the second one to be true, Imane's parents, friends, doctors, trainers, the IOC, her competitors over the last 5-10 years ALL have to be in on a conspiracy that 1: Risks Imane's life, 2: Risks the IOC losing credibility, and therefore money. Imagine the lawsuits from the competitors and the member countries if the IOC is acting fraudulently. Literally nothing is gained from allowing a trans Algerian person to box.
Your first sentence kind of outs your level of knowledge: She doesn't get to sue in "world" court. She's Algerian, a crime was committed against her while in France. She gets to pick the venue (between those two) that is most advantageous to her. That's why she's retained a French lawyer. Musk and Trump are somewhat sheltered unless they want to do business in, or travel to France. The US likely has extradition to France (I'm not going to look it up).
Literally no one has offered any proof that she has XY chromosomes, or that she was born a dude. Even the intersex speculation is just that: Speculation. She "might" have such-and-such a syndrome, no one has offered proof.
