This comment shows that you have no idea of what Harris is, nor what "extreme left" truly means. She isn't a communist, and she really isn't a socialist. And, I can point to many countries that have a little socialism in them. Canada. Sweden. Norway. Finland. Iceland. They are all fairly prosperous countries that are further left than anything Harris has proposed.
And....Why do YOU think America would stop being a world leader under Harris? Trump didn't act like a world leader when he was president. He didn't work with allies to keep enemies and rivals in check. He didn't really do anything but upset the world order to some extent.
