I have been watching the 100 m, 200 and 400 sprints the last few days. While I enjoy all three races, I really like watching the 200 meter sprint.

The 100 m is gun, off the blocks, race over. The 400 m requires some pacing. The 200 m is 20 seconds of sheer athletic intensity. As the ground camera picks up the turn, all that explosive power is on display.

I'm not taking anything away from the other sprints. The 200 m is just my favorite.

of all the city in the world LA is one of few who pretty much has all installations already in place.
