Going to miss IKF. He turned out to be a pleasant surprise.
According to the tv broadcast team Loperfido will play tomorrow.
dont understand Pearson trade when we need pitching next year as he still may become a decent pitcher with that strong arm
could of got a lot for chad green
even though we need him next year if you can get more for a player than he is worth then always trade him
Yusei Kikuchi trade was a big win
Isiah Kiner-Falefa was best pick up for this year and we got power in return with McAdoo who is younger and IKF had a career year that
happens once per career
Jays went after contact hitters and , except for McAdoo who has power but strikeouts a lot as power hitters do, they got it which is good as nothing worse than striking out with men on base unless it is a double play
They believe they can build a contender for next year but I suspect we will contend only for WC. Management thought we had a contender this year and we got one year left of Vlad and Bo so future is not bright. We needed a full rebuild this year but management cannnot admit failure
next year will be a younger team and we got holes at catching and pitching but offence should be decent if we get another power hitter and Vlad and Bochette come thru, yeah, i know those are big ifs
i wonder if we go after Jansen and Yimi Garcia and Kikuchi as that would help solve some problems

What worries me, is I feel like Vladimir Guerrero is starting to smell money. The Blue Jays should have locked him up years ago. I feel like at this point, no player with this talent and this recent dominance, and his young age, is going to sign an extension when he’s this close to free agency. The Blue Jays need to lock him up immediately and they better get prepared to give him a 300+ million dollar contract.
They need to extend him before Soto hits free agency, or it is a wrap and no way in hell is Guerrero extending.

Vladdy doesn't play a premium position and although he's won a gold glove he's not exactly the prototypical first baseman. He also has weight issues which can lead to injuries as he ages similar to Prince Fielder. I like Vladdy but $300 million would be a major mistake.
I've said this before and I will say it again, he'd look fabulous in pinstripes

Good comparison especially with Prince Fielder. Prince Fielder was staring at my ex from the batters circle when the Blue Jays were playing the Rangers in 2014. So fuck him LMAO I’m only joking I actually was always liking him because he was Cecils son.
If the Blue Jays don’t sign Guerrero this franchise will be in the worst position. Get out the shovels and bury them. It’s early 2000s boring baseball time. The Blue Jays will be dead. I kind of like the idea of a retool. Guerrero is the face of the franchise. In my opinion we need him and we need to utilize our physical trainers to keep him in form.
