Golden Delicious aka Summer McIntosh won her second Gold today. She has the team 4x100 medley which I believe will be decided in Saturday's final.
You might have noticed I took some heat because she was three weeks shy of her 18th birthday. First, I just think she's a pretty young woman who excels in swimming. Second, she's a Canadian and seems like she should be mentioned. Third but not last, Golden Delicious is a funny nickname that plays off her apple family name and her gold medals.

Golden Delicious will likely pile up some more Gold if she decides to go to Los Angeles 2028. It's hard to resist as a North American athlete. Swimming events will be live prime time in the U.S. and Canada. Obviously, these athletes are marketing brands.
PS- Whether one likes it or not, the Japanese love their blonde actresses, blonde porn stars and yes their blond athletes.
