You mean when you look at the amount of money a rich person pays in taxes, it's less than what a poorer person pays?
Is that you "new" math?
We are talking tax rates instead of total paid out, skoob.
We went over your plan that everyone should pay the same amount in taxes regardless of income before.

Total pay out is exactly the point. Richer people pay out more money than poorer people.
They also have a higher tax rate.

You keep crying that rich people should pay "their fair share" but they already pay more than everyone else. According to you that's not fair?

What exactly are you trying to argue here?

Are they the same size, skoob?
So we're talking about size now?
I thought we were talking about your "best country to live in"?

If it was the best, why aren't people immigrating there to the same extent that people are immigrating to that big bag capitalist country you keep mocking?

No, skoob.

Wrong.

You consider "rich" to be anyone that earns more than $100k-$200k.

Have you taken a look at how much those people pay in taxes?

No you haven't.

You just like going back 100+ years to make your case for unions, and use the .0001% of people to claim that "the rich" don't pay enough taxes.

Why don't you start a charity that people can donate to?

You can call it the "I'm not happy with my paycheque and want you to add more to it from your paycheque" charity.

Yet the US has the highest immigration in the world. Why would that be?
If Denmark was the "promised land" why wouldn't people want to immigrate there?
Because Denmark knows how to keep people out. That and it's freakin cold there.

No skoob.
You think the capital gains tax will hit people making $100,000 a year?
I thought you declared anyone on the sunshine list to be rich, now you're saying they aren't?

The divide between rich and poor has been increasing, as has been poverty, crime and lack of social services.
Those are all tied together, everything you complain about, except your hatred of immigrants and minorities.

In Denmark, the left soured on immigration. Eventually, the Danes tired of paying to support foreigners.

You can have one or the other. Your socialist utopia, or mass immigration. You can't have both. Which one do you choose?
Same problem for right wing vs left wing governments.
Birth rates are down.

So you either allow immigrants in or worry about unfunded pensions in the future.

I don't remember this country being this kind of a shit show under Steven Harper. I'm not praising him but our country was doing great when he was the PM.
Taking a surplus and plunging Canada into debt and a deficit was considered as doing great, especially as there were more jobs lost etc under him?
Canada was in a recession for a vast majority of years under Harper!!
