No, a deal implies it was worked out between parties and agreed upon.
The brits had a plan to give away half of Palestine to 7% of the population, to give Palestinian owned land to foreign terrorists and to renege on the deal they made with Palestinians for their support for WWII.

But I'm sure you'd say the Gaza death camp was a 'deal' for Palestinians too.

Hamas is 100% clear that they oppose any permanent peace with Israel so any ceasefire they agree to is by definition temporary. Based on how the previous ceasefire ended with Hamas launching attacks before the ceasefire was up, your error is actually accurate (not even mentioning that there was a ceasefire in place before Oct 7).

Why do you deny that, regardless of the conditions, the Arabs had an opportunity for enough land to form their own state and they would not currently be refugees. this is sovereign land that you keep currently clamoring for. They cut off their nose to spite their face,

The UNSC demanded Hamas accept a deal " without delay and without condition ". Hamas chose to ignore them and instead sent new demands.

And as I said before, willing to take a bet whether Sinwar will accept a deal the Hamas millionaires in Doha buy into?

BTW. Huge difference. Israel is democracy where the vast majority of people support a ceasefire and Netanyahu and his nutty bunch will be out of power soon. Sinwar is an autocrat who is accountable to no one so when he says Palestinian suffering helps Hamas, I believe him.

Israel is the invading force, they must stand down so there can be a ceasefire, as ordered by the UN.

The ICJ also ordered only Israel to avoid killing Palestinians, allow all aid through and to charge all those for promoting genocide.

Its Israel that is the pariah state, Israel is the illegal occupier of Palestine now committing genocide in order to further settler colonial goals.
