All he did as usual was blame conservatives and say the budget will balance itself without explaining how that would happen. Everything he said after that has nothing to do with balancing a budget. btw he said "the budget will balance itself" by 2019. He missed that target by $20 billion.

You take care of people by balancing a budget so that there is more money going to people rather than paying off the interest on debt. He's had a decade to do that and has failed miserably.

future is to vote for a leader who has the political will to reduce
