exact same way it worked with hydro ontario... or, even better, with hydro quebec. They hired the best and gave them good condition.
I am all for capitalism unless basic needs, eating, heating and roofing are not met.
I am one of those guys who look away when i pass in front of homeless because im pissed our society let that to happen.

The whole idea of capitalism is to screw the working class as much as possible so a few can take it all. The billionaires are not satisfied by making money that is boring to them. What they like is fucking the system as much as possible and crushing as many people as possible along the way. Most are pure psychopaths.
Yes...you can find work or start your own business by being innovative to earn a living by investing in yourself.
And let's be honest here, homeless people aren't homeless because they can't earn a living...they are homeless due to things like mental illness, addictions, and factors such as war or disasters, etc.

The whole idea of Communism is to convince the working class to support the ideology until it's too late to reverse it. Then they're worse off than before.
The notion that rich people are bad is a key tactic used by Communists to achieve their goal.
Just because someone has more money than you doesn't mean they are bad people. And it also doesn't mean you should feel entitled to their wealth.
In a democratic society, you are free to generate as much wealth as you can. Some are better at it than others. We shouldn't reward under-achievers.
So if you hate rich people like Musk, Bezos, etc...you have the freedom to not buy their products or use their services. Capitalism inspires innovation.
