The right result from this debacle is for U of T to be shut down permanently, and for it to be unable to issue degrees to students. I predict the civil injunction application will fail. It's patently stupid to ask the court for a civil injunction, which would have to be enforced by law enforcement, when law enforcement could already have been asked to clear the encampment as enforcement of criminal trespass law.

That appears to be what it will take to finally stop parents, and taxpayers, from pumping money into an institution that is so poorly run and so tolerant of blatant anti-Semitism.
