After the Civil War(which is just that, a civil war) and the Native American battles(pretty small scale in context) really its been what, 150 years of peace in Canada and the USA. Maybe throw in Louis Riel if you like.

300000 killed in Yemen, 250000, in Syria, 1-2 MILLION in the 8 year Iran-Iraq war, just as recent examples. How many wars now in Israeli territory, all started by Islamic forces?
