Gaza isn't "reduced to a stone age". Parts are bombed out if those specific parts were fought over. The rest is intact. Gaza has a similar population to Vancouver. There are substantial numbers of Jews opposed to what Israel is doing. Are they anti-Semitic? It's not difficult, the Israeli government does not want any Palestinian state. Christ they funded Hamas early on to divide Palestinians and keep any idea of a real state as a distant fantasy, all the while taking more land. They are playing a long game to control the entire area reserved for Palestine in 1948 and as long as they don't do anything too barbaric in the meantime they are winning. They can bomb 25,000 innocent people to death and reduce the most dense city on Earth to the Stone Age and our big concern is people protesting in enclosed areas.
as long as the Palestinians and Hamas have their objective of killing jews and eliminating the Israeli state there will not be peace.
You should see the map of the number of buildings destroyed posted in this CBC article.Gaza isn't "reduced to a stone age". Parts are bombed out if those specific parts were fought over. The rest is intact. Gaza has a similar population to Vancouver.
If Israel wanted a 1-state solution, why didn't it formally annex the West Bank and Gaze in 68 and oust the Pali population then?
Israel seems to want a 2-state (or 3-state) solution, but the entities who run the WB and Gaza attack Israel. So the idea of a multi state solution seems impractical.
This is just Islamaphobic racism as justification for genocide.as long as the Palestinians and Hamas have their objective of killing jews and eliminating the Israeli state there will not be peace.
Israel will do what it needs to do to survive.
Reminder, Palestinians in Gaza are the victims here.Historically, everyone turns on the Jews. More a when than how.
they tried to turn on the Jews too, but they lost.Reminder, Palestinians in Gaza are the victims here.
I'll start with a question: what is the difference between Zionists and the Ultra-Orthodox?Can you give me some details of what those raids actually were..... ????
I'm not a Jew and I started following the Palestine issue on 7 October.I'll start with a question: what is the difference between Zionists and the Ultra-Orthodox?
The raids into the West Bank began almost to the day when Likud (Netanyahu) formed an alliance with hard right religious parties. Aljazeera has been shut down for reporting on Israel's conduct in the West Bank prior to Oct 7th. Israel's religious Zionist parties have never wavered in their goal of re-establishing Biblical Israel. Bethlehem is almost entirely walled off yet its not been attacked. I find it hard to believe that Religious Zionists are afraid of pissing off devout Christians.

Thanks for the one minute yoga Squeezer, it woke me up.
That explains your ignorance towards which side has been the aggressor for 75 years.I'm not a Jew and I started following the Palestine issue on 7 October.
So you think Hamas and Israel are alike in their desire for genocide but you think Israel, the occupying power, has the right to do so and that you need to shut down the media so the world doesn't find out. That's it's own kind of crazy. But Hamas is the same thing in reverse. It's pretty evident from 7 October that Hamas' real policy is one of genocide towards Israel. Israel has the right of self-defence. And part of that right is closing down hostile news media in a time of war.
um, yesum, no
So you're arguing that Palestinians, like right wingers in the US, were upset at foreign immigrants taking over their country?um, yes
“In the decade from 1920 to 1929, about 100,000 Jewish immigrants came to Palestine, doubling the Jewish population in a country with a total population in 1922 of about 750,000, of whom almost 600,000 were Muslims.
In August 1929, tensions created not only by the rising tide of immigration, but also by the anti-Arab policies of Jewish organizations spilled over into outbreaks of intercommunal violence that left hundreds of Jews and Arabs dead, and many injured.
In 1930 the Shaw Commission, appointed by the British government to investigate the troubles, concluded that the fundamental cause was “the Arab feeling of animosity and hostility toward the Jews consequent upon the disappointment of their political and national aspirations and fear for their economic future.”
So the hostages Hamas are holding, both alive and dead, as well as those killed on Oct 7th are not victims?Reminder, Palestinians in Gaza are the victims here.
Well, the solution the Palestinians chose - to attempt to wipe out the nascent Jewish state and its population - was a poorly thought out remedy..... Fuck around. Find out.um, yes

Sure skoob, they are also victims. So the hostages Hamas are holding, both alive and dead, as well as those killed on Oct 7th are not victims?
