What do you need to make your experience more enjoyable? Bigger towels, fresh water, a saxophonist?

Yes, although a clarinetist in the room would be make the encounter seem more slapstick.
Bottles of cold water, king sized bed clean sheets etc, clean bathroom and towels, good mouthwash, 2 types of body wash - a scented that the lady likes (if she likes your smell she's more eager to please), and an unscented for the blokes who prefer to fly under the radar.

This might not always be possible because of the size of condos these days. I am happy to say the incall I use in Toronto has one

Personally for me - its how clean the incall is, this is actually a kudos to the SP who maintain a fresh clean environment. Everything else is forgotten once I see the beautiful woman in their outfits and then well then its all over . Just a few who have beautiful incall environments:

In the bedroom...

• Good lighting: I don't like the overly dark environments where you can't see each other. Also, prefer warm white lights, rather than the red/pink/purple color that are occasionally used (feels a bit seedy).
• Mirrors: Ideally at least 2, one at the side of the bed (e.g. closet) and one at the head/foot of the bed.
• Cover on the side table or stuck onto the head of the bed so it's readily available. Any other items that may be needed should similarly be in arms reach.
• Made bed with two big pillows (maybe 3-4 if it's frequently used as part of the fun).

In the bathroom...

• Have the floor/shower towel dry before the client uses it.
• Large towels.
• Mouth wash, body wash, etc.

In general...

• Have the in-call generally clean. Ideally there are no strong scents (mild scents are fine or even good).
• Appropriate temperature, which outside of summer in Canada, usually means having the heat targeted to 21.0-22.5 degrees.
• Discreet location of the in-call.
• Bottled water or some other basic refreshment item is a nice touch. It isn't essential to the experience at all, but the fact that it's pretty rare means I do remember it. Most guys probably don't care at all though.

I am thinking of implementing something like that in my Montreal incall. We currently have a water pitcher with a filter because we try to avoid single use items but bottled water is great and you can take it with you once you’re done with your date.

We have that in the incall I use here in Toronto.

Comfortable furniture. The bed is obviously important but a comfortable couch to get acquainted on, and perhaps use for fun, is a big plus for me. A condo incall should feel like someones home that you can relax in.

Harsh lighting always kills a vibe, but candles are a nice mood setter as long as they aren’t too strong.

Unscented soap/body wash is a must.

Mirrors, preferably more than one.

I know many incalls that have strict rules about no fun on the couch. Imagine, many clients and SPs using it everyday, it could quickly become unusable and nasty.

Easy to get to location. Discreet. Clean place, ideally no other roommates present (unless they want to join ). Clean bathroom. Fresh nice towels. Minimally scented shower products. Tidy bedroom with comfy mattress and clean sheets. Any “supplies” or “accessories” needed for the session close at hand. Cold water is nice. An offer of an adult beverage is nicer if a person is inclined. No smells that a guy will take home with him (incense, heavily scented candles, strong perfume).

I know many incalls that have strict rules about no fun on the couch. Imagine, many clients and SPs using it everyday, it could quickly become unusable and nasty.

Yair King. A queen will do. Like a lot of open field lol. And a must for duos. I did a quad once (4 ladies and me) and 3 of the 4 ladies 5-8, 5-10, 5-11 and it was super tight on the king. Not a deal breaker, but if you're asking PERFECT. Also, the 2 queen hotel rooms nice - I sleep in 1 bed and my outcall lady friend and I use the other.

For me the attributes of a good in-call include

Location - easily accessible (within 10 minutes) from a major highway, abundant parking nearby

Entrance to Building - ideally no security desk at entrance - but if there is one there cannot be a requirement to sign in, or security desk staff who ask on a regular basis "who are you here to see?"

Unit - clean, if 2 bedrooms - privacy with ideally bathrooms in each bedroom, large fluffy towels, unscented liquid soap, brand name mouthwash.
Strategically placed large mirrors in bedroom. A chair that can be used for "play" . Firm mattress and good pillows.

Bonus points for bottled water or fruit juices
