all you do is interject and deflect with Trump, Ford, PeePee or Gaza. When have you ever said boo abou

Not sure why you are trying to debate this, when it’s pretty straightforward.

A) how many thought they overstayed
B) how many blamed Trudeau

C) what did a fucking federal judge decide. Do your opinion and prevarications, count for shit when a judge decides someone is guilty of abc?

Especially
Not having the legal cause to lower the boom, or some measures used. And it’s also obvious the judge agrees with the 65%
a) 75-80% of Canadians wanted the anti vaxxer protests ended.
b) 75% backed JT's use of the emergency act
c) that it might have been too extreme so it shouldn't be done again in the future

next?

A federal judge agreed with the 65% that blamed Trudeau. And your opinion/deflections and prevarications now counts for shit.

do you not know how things work and do you have trouble with hard facts. Given your track record, I’ll forgive you on this one. But I won’t forget a thing, nor the hard fact you had the wee stones to challenge Skoob for not speaking up against Ford.🐶

Just clarifying if this is another stupid partisan attack or if you actually care about holding all politicians to the same laws and rules.
Clearly its just partisan because you get very, very upset every time its brought up.
Yes we should hold the Liberals accountable for violating the Canadian Charter of Rights.

Post the poll that says 65% 'blamed' Trudeau.
You're making that up, the polls say that Canadians supported using the emergency act to end the very unpopular anti vaxxer convoy protests.
Are you saying that the court of public opinion is more powerful than the actual courts?

If yes, then...

NGY was claiming 65% of Canadians 'blamed' Trudeau for using the emergency act on the anti vaxxers.
Posting a poll on popularity doesn't answer that claim.
It does answer a question: how much faith do you put into the court of public opinion?
So?

Hush Skoob.
Data, facts and logic. Drive them bat shit crazy like wee puppies barking up trees at squirrels and pawing madly for wee bones.

When they don’t suit their confirmation bias, narratives, and ideology

Are we still on these polls. The poll only asked less than 1700 in a specific area. A judge who knows the law that is written down on a piece of paper said other wise.

The fact that you blame anti vaxxxers really shows how ignorant you really are. The protest was about the mandates in general even before the vaccines rolled out. Many at the convoy were vaccinated.

Skoob went through this a while back with the same ignorant claim.

Yes, the freedom convoy, who were all likely vaccinated against polio, TB, measles and other diseases were protesting against having to choose between being vaccinated and working with other people who didn't want to get sick.

Says the guy arguing with the law of the land ( the highest) and a federal judge.

and using public opinion polls including his as some kind of something that count for shit. holy fucking squirrel Batman.

Hollywood can’t make this shit up.
The public opinion says that your anti vaxxer convoy is still incredibly unpopular.
The two judges had contrary opinions and the one ruling is on appeal.

So the 'court' of public opinion is against you.
And the real court says don't do it again, for now.

You're losing this one big time.

Really, show us the stats on that instead of just your opinion.

I guess this thread can be re-labelled, given the Notice of Appeal filed (A-74-24-ID 1). Soon enough there will be a few Federal Court of Appeal Justices who will tell us who is right vs. who is wrong in this debate - or, perhaps more likely, they'll articulate where between the two positions 'right' exists.

And then, no matter what happens, there'll be a further appeal. At that point, team Wagner will likely expedite proceedings (only to be delayed by countless bodies seeking intervenor status), where we'll end up with a further group telling us where 'right' lies on the scale.

In sum: Soon enough our highest courts (FCA, then SCC) will tell us what 'right' is.
In even greater summation: "We'll see."

Because protesters were holding signs claiming to be vaccinated and still be against the vaccine mandates. You think every person there was unvaccinated. Now you really are showing your ignorance.

No I'm claiming I don't believe them and they don't speak for the entire nation. Did you know that 5 out of 4 people can't do fractions.
