Obviously, you hate the bad news that Ford has only added to the deficits that is now worse than the Wynn Govt.

The Star has learned the 407 ETR was facing penalties “in the order of $1 billion” in 2020 due to pandemic-triggered lockdowns, but the province told the toll road owner it didn’t have to pay.
I think it was a savvy political move as I did for Chow to give the cops the money they seek. The same with eliminating having to renew your sticker because most are forgetting without having to pay for it. I drive quite a bit on the highways and anyone putting in tolls would lose my vote. I give the cheesecake baking fat man props!!!!
That's the only toll.
But don't forget that that DoFo let the owners of the 407 get away with not paying the $1 billion in penalties they owed the province.
The no sticker renewal was a gift for commuters, the only issue is that most drivers forget to renew since they don't have to pay and then get stuck with fines.
DoFo apparently will kill the renewal of plates as well.

One more fact. “Climate change” and changing people’s habits. The simplest, easiest, fairest “tax”…slapping tolls on major highways. Would also catch people driving toy cars and not doing their share.
