How do you know they went to school? I know at least 2 people who were high school dropouts and managed to get PS union jobs and are now about to retire with a fat pension long before the age of 65 like most people have to wait for.

I was referring to teaching positions regarding education. I believe for city positions a grade 12 education would suffice for many positions.
As to which school I would choose for a child of mine it would depend on which public schools are available to me within my catchment zone vs how much I'm willing to spend because not every private school is the same. There is no standard education requirement for principals and teachers to be certified by the Ontario College of Teachers.
Only a very stupid Conservative government would let a cash cow like the LCBO go into their buddies wallet in the private sector. Actually maybe not so stupid because I'm sure it would feather their retirement nest while the tax payer once again gets the 407 shaft deeply into the ass.
