The last time I saw that, I definitely proved it wasn't about protecting the customer.
I paid the fee and we went to a booth. We had our fun, and when I saw another dancer I knew coming out of the dressing room, called her over. We started up in the same booth. I did this one more time before the woman at the table caught on and said that I had to pay for each girl. When I asked her which booth I was in and when I had started, she had no idea. She wouldn't be able to tell how many songs or how long I'd been up there for. When I called her on that bullshit, she just stammered and said, "Them's the rules!"
Sure.
I've made the trip up the stairs a couple of times, seen the table, then refused to pay and turned the girl right around and gone back downstairs. One girl said that she'd pay the fee. I said TO THE GIRL AT THE TABLE that if anyone paid, it would defeat the exercise. I said so that everyone in earshot could hear that this stupid policy had just cost her a couple hundred dollars.
It seemed to stop after that.

Yes, I remember when they started charging to go upstairs, it was somewhat irritating and the they then went away from that.
The amount is not that significant since I am usually spending $200+ when I go to the strip club. However it makes me more likely to go to Playmate or Casino, or to go less often. Prices going up on everything and less money to spend..

Went last night, not too many patrons but a pretty good ratio. They have food now, didn't try any but pretty good looking menu. Unfortunately the stupid $5 charge to get upstairs is still going on.
Thanks for the Situation Report. It's a hard pass for me until they open in the afternoons before 6pm. I miss Tamika, my ATF dancer but it seems she'd moved on to greener pastures.

Yes Tamika was one of my favorites. Met her at PM when she was in her late teens in 2005 or 2006 and then start seeing her at barefax in 2011. Have not seen her anywhere since pandemic but I haven't been to strip bars myself that often. My last daytime barefax visit was several years ago. What do you mean she moved to a greener pasture? To another club? Or more lucrative job? or got married?
I think you're describing a different dancer. Tamika does not do pole dancing and she's not muscular. Quite the opposite, she's very feminine, short, slim build with short dark hair. Her stage routine is very slow and sensual.

I met two nice black girls at Bare Fax on Sunday night. Thought I would check out Sunday as Saturdays can be a bit of a zoo.
Also met a goth looking girl with big red/black lipstick and long black hair (forgot her name).
Ashanti (I met her once before) is very dark black, but restrictive in the CR. Honey more light skin mixed and more open minded. Both very nice girls with slim body and perfect ass. (Not like the larger black girls currently at Playmate).
There was no one collecting any fee on the way upstairs on this Sunday night. (Not sure if they still do on Saturdays - the table and sign are still there)
Had a good time, will likely return soon.

Does anyone know if they are open during day time at all? Google says no but I swear I heard they were open Fridays or something. I had so many fun times in the afternoon there pre-pandemic.
Visited twice few weeks ago and last month.
Weekday cover $4 - manager pressures you to buy drink as soon as enter, even told them I was waiting on a friend not even 15mins - manager threatens to kick you out
Kitchen during weekdays close early but the 1st time I was able to purchase decent wings $15 (there is a restaurant below they can order at)
CR dances [Thursday - Sunday] $5 entrance dance fee
1st night: stage dances were every 20mins
- Two really rude dancers - expects you to tip after 1min of answering your questions.
- 1 white brunette chick with killer abs - gorgeous face - one of the better arial dance shows I've seen (popular didn't get a chance for CR)
2nd visit: 3 stage dances dances and stayed for 3 hours until closing
- the evening was completely dead
