It's not as if most of those guys expect to get laid anytime soon. Honestly, they'd prefer to binge-watch The Big Bang Theory.

So because there are countless other threads on the board that are pointless, I'm supposed not comment on the ones I think fall into that category?? Ultimately, commenting on threads and expressing your opinions is part of the nature of online forums. "Pointless" may not have even been the right word. I just meant that I don't think she's reaching her target audience posting this here. In fact, I don't think she's reaching anyone at all. If she think she is, she's free to keep posting all she wants, but I just think she's wasting her time. If there was an online forum where all the respected reputable escorts hung out just to chat, I wouldn't start a thread telling them "how to be a good escort". I would be preaching to the choir. If there was a way for me to reach some of the bottom feeding scamming misfits on LL that possibly lurk on other platforms, might be worth posting something a message like that on those platforms. Anyway, seeing as you find this thread so helpful, I'll move on and let you ingest all the amazing pointers your getting from it.

The same thing happened on backpage though.
There was alot of scams but at the same time there was also alot of good providers.
I believe it is up to the client to do his due diligence and research the provider before booking an appointment. However, there are still tons of guys out there that dont know the review boards or think that review boards are pointless.

I do know how this forum works as I've been on it for about 18 years, which is a year longer than you. I guess that means my words carries more weight than yours. The membership start date is meaningless because there are people with much older accounts yet post much less. I am trying to sound rude, so do you realize how silly you look when you brag that you've been here for 17 years and somehow have the pulse of the board? Even if you did surveys on how the countless guys on this forum or LL think about this topic, then I'd also say you wasted your time.
There's no need to backpedal. Telling someone their post is pointless or they're wasting their time is nearly the same thing. Did the OP break any board rules by "preaching to the choir" or wasting their time? I don't get why you felt the need waste your own time to call out the OP for supposedly doing the same. The reality is that we're all wasting time by being on this forum. There are so many other things we can and should be doing.

Exactly, a lot of the time if clients would take the time to do a little basic legwork, or just exercise a little common sense, they would avoid getting scammed.
Unfortunately, a lot of the time they see an ad with a smoking hot model and their brains immediately go south. I also think that a lot of the time they assume if it's a bunch of bedroom and bathroom mirror selfies and not professional images, she's going to charge low rates. Ignoring that a lot of high-end providers use a mix of professional images and selfies, something you'd think that anyone who sees escorts would learn in a hurry.

Yea, its not like vast majority of reputable providers complain about hobbiests in general, and terbites in particular... oh wait, they do.
In my experience terb members are ABSOLUTELY more likely than my tryst and Twitter clients to try to negotiate rates and services, evade screening and argue about my deposit requirements. Are there some respectable clients on here, absolutely, most that I meet are, but I've been contacted by far more that weren't and I thus didn't see them. We are the ones who actually know how the clients on here behave.

My rate is 600/hr to attract American clients who pay more and book longer, a rate most people here won't pay. When I have more free time bcz of school breaks or just less readings, I advertise on terb a discount, but to get that they need to tell me they are from terb. Deposits is one of the most controversial topics on TERB, so if there's anything to argue about in this thread would be that, imho.
I, personally, dislike them because far too many hobbyists took a bullet. There's very little upside and much gambling involved with said deposits. Once you send the money, you're on the hook and are hoping for a good weather just like on TheWeatherNetwork.
All other points, I pretty much agree with. One word to help any hobbyist navigate IS RESPECT. Treat all human beings with respect and you may find yourself in a better place, especially in any given session.
