In a letter to the UN Security Council, Guterres invoked Article 99 of the UN Charter, which states that “the Secretary-General may bring to the attention of the Security Council any matter which in his opinion may threaten the maintenance of international peace and security”.

Are you still arguing a terror attack, the killing of 12-1,400 Israeli citizens and the taking of 230 hostages was justified because of events prior to Oct. 7?

I guess she's now realized how badly her dodging before Congress was received and, as a result, issued this slightly different statement. However, the galling but unspoken aspect of this statement is that she refuses to state that Harvard students HAVE ALREADY crossed the line into inciting hatred and violence against Jewish students, and there is no promise of sanctions against those offenders.
They should go over there and offer themselves as hostages....You know for their brothers in a noble cause and all.
