Well, actually it doesn't.
Because it's not cost effective. Most of that southern border is inaccessible wilderness with no human presence. And there are huge fucking walls already in humanly accessible areas of the southern borders. Already built. By the Dems.
"The Wall" - Trump's version - is like Trump Vodka or Trump University. A massive scam designed to get headlines and fraud people's money and attention. It's a bullshit wall. No one will ever build it. And that's exactly what Trump and the GOP wants. Because then they can keep whining about how it's not built and blaming the Dems that there's not a billion $$$$ of barbed wire and concrete over some precipitous 1,000 foot gorge in the Rockies in New Mexico 500 miles from any town or village where no people - legal or illegal or anything else - can ever get to.
Why do you think Trump never built the fucking wall when he was president?!?!?!?.............. He built a mile or 2 for dumb ass photo ops. There was never any intention to build anything else. And there never will be. It's a scam. Like EVERYTHING Trump ever does or did.
Go look at photos of every border town in the South West. There is a fucking wall already. It's there. There are manned checkpoints.
And most illegals overstay visitors visas anyway.
The best argument is that there needs to be a big barbed wire fence along the Rio Grande. But that could be built anyway. Without Trump.

No crickets at all. I have posted so many videos of Zeihan and his take on things. He has said from day one… Biden and Trump are both “populist” Presidents. Biden basically took the Trump tweets, ran them through a spell check, and made actual policies out of them.
Biden has been harder on China than anyone, and yes, he is also trying to find solutions to the US boarder situation.
But let’s turn the mirror around. You loved Trump for the wall… Biden continues it, and you hate the guy more. Somehow it stops being about policy. It’s basic identity politics with you. Basic. Identify. Politics.

I supported Trump's wall. I also support Biden's wall.
My point is that people called Trump a racist/xenophobe and no one is calling Biden that...same wall...same intentions...same people they are trying to keep out, etc.

I'm not assuming anything...it is public record that when Trump proposed the wall, Democrats and the media called him racist specifically for that.
It's a simple choice:
If building a border wall is racist then both Trump and Biden are racists.
If building a border wall is not racist then neither Trump or Biden are racist.
Pick one.
