The losing strategy is using cycles of violence to maintain a 75 year old occupation and having to escalate to apartheid and genocide.
Shoulda settled for the two state solution when you could have, now the conversation is about the end of apartheid and trips to the Hague.

The occupation predates Hamas by about 40 years. Same with Hezbollah. Both came about in reaction to the continuing occupation. Hamas was aided by Netanyahu as a way to keep Palestinians split in a Fatah/Hamas divide, to keep them from uniting.
Its not a two way street. Its a 75 year long occupation with the indigenous people constantly trying to resist the occupation and take the land stolen from them back. Only one side has an army. Only one side is funded by the west.
This is what he has wanted for the past 15 years. There will be new generations for next few centuries that will remember what Israel has done.

The 6 day war happened because of the British partition plan, which Palestinians did not ask for and were against.
