No.
You said that it is impossible to commit war crimes against Hamas. (They aren't a signatory of the Geneva Conventions.)
You have since doubled down on it.
Your first line here is that war crimes are justified.
We aren't talking about whether or not there are civilian casualties.
Civilian casualties happen in war. That isn't a war crime in and of itself.
We are talking about you saying you are perfectly fine with war crimes.
Bacause of their actions. Hamas makes it impossible to fight them.
Beyond that I'm a realist. Name a war declared and fought with no civilian casualties with an urban parrmt to it. By any nation. And please remember that many of the civilians are support staff. Complicit in assisting. So staying to help. This is beyond the majority being told and even forced to stay.
Are you really that myopic, naive and privileged to not see all this? I'm "fine war crimes" because Hamas gave no choice. And find the concept of a "clean" war laughable. It's like that Star Trek episode where its all fought on computers and the citizens march off into suicide booths. You think that's possible? Or better yet just let em fight it out on OverWatch or Call of Duty?
Hamas WANTS this. They want Martyrs. They want destroyed hospitals. To derail peace.
And considering the very real lack of actual action response by various actors in the ME they get that. They have to pay lip service for the Arab in the Streets. But they are just as likely in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and other places, including Iran who is Shiite and the Palestinians Sunni, not really not give a shit if they die either.
Such is life there.
