And I'm sure the academic papers written about it are all frauds too.

If you thought climate change was bad.....

Which raises a ton of questions. If scientists know ^^^^^^…Why are their knickers in a knot over a few degrees…..when there are more serious “problems” both today and further down the road ^^^^^^ and mammals are/have changing their patterns for a few decades already?

Sure, feel free to worry about what's happening in 250 million years and complain that nobody takes it seriously.

Climate change is now, we'll likely hit 1.5ºC this year and are likely hitting a few tipping points very soon as well.

Global warming does not stop because there is talk about the problem of carbon emissions from fossil fuels, from factories, but little is said about the destruction of forests and mining that poisons the earth to extract minerals, this year we see the result of constant deforestation and forest fires caused intentionally or unintentionally in different countries around the world.

Forests have to be destroyed and Earth has to be poisoned for the
mining of lithium, copper, nickel and all the other base or rare metals
needed for EV manufacturing.

Carbon emission growth is a problem not because of climate change.
Earth's resources are finite. Perpetual growth is unsustainable. The day
will come when all economical resources of fossil fuel, uranium and metals
are fully depleted. Carbon emission has to be reduced voluntarily to conserve
Earth's remaining energy resources. Consequence of energy depletion could
turn out to be catastrophic beyond your imagination.

Glad, someone else gets it. I’ve tried to bring it up dozens of times. Weather deforestation, destruction of riparian zones, polluting or choking streams and lakes as we do. Forest fires or flooding.

Killing flora and fauna by the millions. Many people here must think everything that used to live in a field just magically find food and habitat next door….as though nature hasn’t already “balanced” that area…paving paradise for parking lots”

Forest for the trees.

Canadians are pigs and gluttons. Unlike most of the world, where they don’t have the space to grow, the water we do, the forest we do…the resources we do.

We take it for granted.
Lots of places in the world, people can’t shower everyday, water and fertilize their lawns, wash their cars. Choose one of 200 nearby golf coarses and more..

We, population growth and raping the planet are a way, way, larger threat and detriment to the planet and environment. Nor do people understand carrying capacity.

We are living through the Sixth Great Extinction but even that isn't as big a threat to humanity as climate change.

You just can’t help yourself can you. I post something, you try to find a wee bone to pick.

The planet will be just fine Frank. Did it survive the ice age? How’s Chernobyl doing…it’s flourishing…that’s how..Sure there might be some growing pain. Know what, forest fires are actually a good thing..obviously you don’t understand nature.

but are terrified of change. So what are you really afraid of? ( see the ice age, the planet will be just fine).

Nor do you have the slightest understanding of carrying capacity.

Carrying capacity of Earth is sustained only by availability of
cheap and abundant fossil fuel reserves. By the end of this
century global fossil energy production will dwindle to only a fraction
of where it is today. In the imagination of the majority humanity
will be living in the comfort of cheap and clean renewable energy
in the future. That may be the case in the 23rd century after global
population is reduced to less than 1 billion in the 22nd century.

For some reason (hubris), humans have come to think and believe as though we too, aren’t part of nature. That somehow, we are separate from it. Operate and exist as though we are above it, apart from it and not part of it or an ecosystem: nor do people understand nature and carrying capacity

1 - yes, the planet will be fine. Its just humanity that will suffer.
2 - forest fires are good at typical levels and in natural forests. Most of these are happening in replanted, 1 species forests planted for harvesting. They burn faster and spread further. This year's fires have released about 60% of the total CO2 that Canada typically puts out. Which makes forest fires of this scale a tipping point which increases both global warming and the rate at which it happens. That's not good.
3 - You don't even understand what the Sixth Great Extinction is and you claim to understand nature better because you bought a piece of rural, suburban land?

Everything the powers that be are telling everyone right now about how the world can only be saved from a full-fledged environmental and climate-related collapse by shifting to a "green" economy is a lie.
It turns out that the green climate agenda is a ploy, or Trojan Horse, to let the enemy inside the gate to put all family farmers out of business; destroy the tradition of animal husbandry; and promote the worldwide consumption of insects rather than meat – for the non-elite, of course, since those at the top of the pyramid still plan to gorge on meat and the finest of the fine when it comes to all things fancy and gourmet.

It is you and I whom the globalists want to be stuck in chains eating cockroaches and crickets for dinner every night while we celebrate the "happiness" of owning absolutely nothing and somehow being happy about it – how is that supposed to work?

(Related: Did you catch the news that South Pole, the world's leading seller of so-called "carbon credits," is no longer operational because it was all just a scam from the very beginning?)

The greenies want you DEAD so they can take over the planet and live lavishly without you in the way – unless you're one of the "lucky" ones who is spared to become their SLAVE
In his documentary film "No Farmers No Food," EpochTV host Roman Balmakov, the film's maker, discusses how an army of climate activists is being groomed by corrupt governments into shutting down all food-producing farms because said farms are "destroying the planet," we are told.

Instead, the powers that be want these farms to be replaced by bug factories like the kinds billionaire eugenicist Bill Gates is starting to build across the tens of millions of United States farm acreage he has been gobbling up in recent years.

"People in charge of some of the most powerful organizations on the planet have determined that agriculture, specifically animal agriculture, is to blame for global warming, and global warming is to blame for the high prices of food and food shortages," Balmakov says about who he believes is behind the green agenda.

By now, you have probably heard about the farmer protests in The Netherlands, which have spread to the United Kingdom, Bulgaria, and elsewhere as green politicians in these areas push to outlaw traditional farming due to the "carbon" it produces.

In other areas such as California, green bureaucrats are taking a slightly different approach by simply depriving farmers of the water they need to grow food for the nation and world. By creating constant artificial scarcity of water through "droughts" (i.e., flagrant water mismanagement), the narrative can be spun that we are running out of water and thus must stop eating meat.

We are already seeing the consequences of all this green meddling in the form of sky-high food prices and food shortages, and what will soon become widespread famine and mass starvation.

Truth be told, the ever-so-slight "warming" that one can, in a way, argue has been occurring – the earth goes through warming and cooling phases all the time, a simple fact check shows – has actually helped the planet by making it more green in a literal sense with more plants and improved crop yields.

The greenies are always lying about this, though. They want us to believe that unless we get rid of all meat, gas-powered cars, and industry, the ecosystems of the planet are going to collapse. This is a lie that must constantly be refuted, or else you had better start getting used to cockroach curry, mosquito marinades, and fly flakes in your pantry.

While everyone was worrying about Nazis September broke multiple records.
The question scientists are trying to answer is how much of that was from El Nino, how much from aerosol shock and how much from hitting tipping points.

“wettest day on record”
Posted on September 30, 2023 by tonyheller
Fox News says New York received record rain
“Friday’s deluge dropped 8.05 inches of rain at JFK Aiport, making it the wettest day on record, beating Hurricane Irene’s daily record set back on Aug. 14, 2011, the National Weather Service said. Widespread rain totals of 4 to 6 inches were New York City, Long Island and Hudson Valley, with locally higher amounts in excess of 7 inches of rain.

On October 8, 1903 New York received 10.04 inches of rain.
