That may be. And there may be other things they do to vet guests. But the moral responsibility falls solely on Trudeau. The buck stops with him.
I'm sensing recurrent symptoms of Butt Hurt Transference Syndrome induced by the impugning of Modi and India ala Zelensky and Trudeau.

Should get it checked out before it's too late.

The only one that is butt hurt is Trudeau repeatedly sitting on a metaphorical dildo and fucking himself in the ass repeatedly, in full public view and embarrassing himself, over the last month.
Diagnosis confirmed.

Get help.

Dude, this guy was 98 years old and he was probably the only survivor they could produce. Any witnesses against them are also dead. How the fuck are you going to put them on trial?!
Are you suggesting we protect Nazi's?

Yes! The current shortage of butt hurt balm (indictment caused a spike in demand, plus supply chain issues) makes that kind of behavior VERY risky...

Nice try. I said Khalistani Sikhs who indulge in militancy and attacks against India or Canadians are terrorists.

You are saying all Sikhs are Khalistanis. That is akin to saying all Muslims are terrorists. But that is par for the course, considering it is coming from you.
"In another thread one of our members keep insisting a Sikh (or all Sikhs) are terrorists."

Maybe Mitch and the Butt Hurt Balm Brigade has a spare 12-gallon pail he could Uber over to Kautilya to tide him over for the rest of the night.

For fucks sake the guy is 98 years old. He served in the military. It was a war, and he was on the losing side. Case closed.

You want to try this guy? Try every US soldier who served in Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan. While you're at it, try every member of the IDF.
Clap for the nazi.

Sick post. You admire the guy because it's been 80 years since he killed Jews??

I have yet to see any report on this say that this particular man actually did anything of concern. It was a messy situation then but it appears all he did was join the only military option to fight off Russians who had already devastated his homeland and only fought Rusians. Imagine refusing to recognize Oskar Schindler because he was a member of the Nazi party and ignore what he actually did.

Come on man. You know what he meant. The guy is 98 years old, and is very close to end of life. You are going to extradite him to Poland and put him through hell just for optics?
No. To make him answer for the atrocities he committed. Murder is murder if it was yesterday or 80 years ago.

Put him through hell for the lives he didn't allow to live their lives on this earth.

It seems like the gov't of Poland feels the same way.

Regardless of what he did, its too late. Leave the guy alone, let him live his life out. Plus literally no one alive can testify against him anyway.
There's no walking away from the atrocities that the SS committed.

Remember John Demjanjuk?

You know you'd have to actually prove it right?
I don't. This is not a court of law.

Meanwhile, it seems like the Poles are pretty confident about his past.

Extradite him and let them deal with it. They're the ones that seem concerned about their own reputations. Do you wonder why that is?

Yeah still. These things are just for optics. I'd like to think we are sufficiently past that history that when someone is near end of life, you could atleast try them in absense instead of deporting them at 98. I mean if Canada can protect terrorists, they can let a 98 year old guy who will be dead any day now, be lmao.
You can worry about the terrorists in your cultural history's past and the Poles can deal with their's. How many relatives did you lose in the Holocaust?

I know the guy is 98 but has anybody tried to interview him? Did he hate Russians or Jews or both? Or does he remember his own name?

So you support a Nazi group that is known to have killed Jews. Not surprising that you're defending him.
Its still unclear what he did in the war.

If he was a Nazi, by all means extradite him and put him on trial.
But find out what his role was in the war first and then figure out how to label him.

I don't. This is not a court of law.
The Polish pol calling for extradition is a bit questionable as well.

Czarnek is a controversial figure in Poland, with a history of coming under fire for making anti LGBTQ comments. According to the English language Polish news website Notes From Poland, last year he had to retract a statement linking the LGBTQ rights movement with Nazism.

Czarnek is a member of Poland's ruling Law and Justice party, along with Poland's right-wing president Andrzej Duda, who was re-elected last year on a platform condemning LGBT "ideology".

Czarnek also has been criticized for describing a memorial for Jews killed by Poles during the Holocaust as an "anti-Polish scandal" and calling for the removal of the memorial created by artist Dorota Nieznalska.

Its turned into a mess, with right wingers who back extremists pretending they are all going to deNazify Canada.
Investigate the vet and find out what he did and then take it from there.
The speaker resigned, as he should have, and it should end there.
