And what's the dress code gonna do? All Boobs has to say is that it's a body image issue and the Board will fold. That's why he is still being paid because firing him opens up the Board to the wrongful dismissal suit and discrimination charges. They don't want to set the precedent of firing someone claiming to be trans.
Pretty clearly it's fear of being sued that deters the board.

Calls for some clarification to the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Education Act by the Ford Tories in Queens Park. But we know that Ford runs from any type of decision-making or decisive action like a wussy.

If you read the Sun article, the scam involved the scammer claiming that he had had an extreme reaction to taking estrogen to transition and that his breasts had become huge and were real. Sounds like he was daring them to fire him, so he could then launch a Human Rights complaint and attempt to claim that his massive fake boobs were real.

At this point, do we even know if Busty Lemieux is teaching at that school? She had been off work for some time due to a foot injury but was videoed back in the school hobbling around in a walking cast a couple of weeks ago. So is she back teaching now? For all we know she may just be at home on medical leave for the rest of this semester?
I don’t mean to brag but I would just like to take this opportunity to point out that I predicted this outcome on Tuesday.

Yes, but the HDSB didn't take Howard Levitt's free advice. Levitt said not having an up to date collective agreement, was irrelevant, in this particular dress code case. As Sue-Ann Levy said on twitter. The two major HDSB culprits, were Curtis Ennis and Sari Taha. I watched the meeting last night on you tube. Ennis and Taha, were both "ragging the puck", as Levy said, in one of her True North articles.

???? Which trans individual has "real" boobs? There are even plenty of normal women who wear prosthetics or "enhancers" of all kinds. No board, no government, no institution in Canada will go into boobs regulating business, not in 2023. And none will touch the gender issue. That's why they try to hide behind the dress code. In 2023 you must pretend that the physical beauty or the grotesque do not exist.

IMHO, the board should have fired Busty Lemieux, and taken their chances in court?? Without severance. Therefore, termination for cause!!

The alt-right definition of sickos: anyone who suggests dares challenge their antiquated ideas.

All your pretence you make about education makes me think you were the smartest kid in your special-ed class. Are you one of those desperate people trying to join MENSA to prove to people you really are smart?
So easy to catch dummies when they respond. Did you mean to make fun of specially challenged people when making an attempt to cut me down? That's exactly why I'm more book smart and street smart than you. You just cut down challenged people while defending this fool that the thread is about. Well done genius. Hit the books or hit a workout session. My bet is you will do neither. Try not to be a sucker in your next life.

This article answers my question as to whether the community, through the board of trustees, can tell the HDSB what to do. The answer is apparently, No.

From the above article:

Director’s decision ‘at the end of the day’
But Trustee Amy Collard said the Education Act stipulates trustees must stay out of daily school operations, which fall under the purview of the director. She said trustees “absolutely” want parents to have “a meaningful role” and that trustees can provide input on procedures, “but it’s the director’s decision, at the end of the day, whether or not to include something like that in a procedure.”

So…the parents/community can advise the board but the board is not obligated to follow their advice. That’s why the parents/community are so angry to the point of making bomb threats.

He claimed that his own boobs had grown massive due to estrogen hormone therapy.

Their lawyers clearly told them not to do that.
I guess you're right. However, their lawyers seem to have a much different opinion than Howard Levitt. Even one of the parents brought up Levitt's NP article, in the delegation part, of last night's meeting.

Yes, but everyone knows he's lying. He has no real boobs, at all. I wish the board could have forced him to go to a Doctor etc. Then the Doctor, could check his boobs---LOL
