20 grand without meeting the girl sounds about as stupid as this could possible get, and then you read this and realize that being stupid is the least of this guys many flaws. I don’t think the girl has anything to do with his inability to get a better job, although he does sound perfect for the legal team of a certain ex-POTUS

Yes, that guy was crazy.

If anybody does want to see what normal guys are paying, one of the Reddit forms ran a survey, it's worth checking out. Basically Toronto guys are doing PPM for the $300-600 range, none of this $10,000 stuff.

I'm curious to know how other people have experienced sugar dating.
I started doing it right before the pandemic... and I already don't even remember how many girls I've met up with.
I'm almost 50 and they've ranged in age from 20 to 50 with the 50 year old as well as a couple of others not even wanting any money, just a fun time.

I have a feeling that I might be better looking than most because I usually only pay a couple of hundred dollars each time we meet... and I think they like the fact that they can choose who they want to be with so it's not a SP situation.

Check that other thread, there's a spreadsheet on Reddit that has average prices based on user surveys. $250-500 is pretty normal for Toronto, but there are a lot of variables. If you're in your mid-30s to late 40s you can do pretty good.

I’ve never given more than 300 for a sugar date but usually 200 which is great when there’s a connection and you’re dating a young hottie just like when we were young. And so far they are totally into having fun. A lot more than most SPs. But some SPs are excellent.

I'm actually a little overwhelmed still. I must have about 20 girls in my phone right now and it's so weird that it's so easy to hook up. Like you, I've been so lucky - at least so far. I got a message from a 19 year old yesterday who really wants to meet up - super hot, black hair, 5'4", large C cup/small D, literally a perfect body, in school and has only ever had 2 boyfriends. I wonder if it reflects female freedom (and especially sexual freedom) being far removed from what was once the 1950's coupled with personalities which have not had to know the stigma put upon blatantly obvious sex work by third-party society.

Possibly the SP's of today mostly reached this scenario via lots of life's ups and downs which have them less unbridled than what you describe in reference to their younger, sugarbaby counterparts.

Add to it the economic challenges exacerbated by Covid and the like, and a setting in which a young woman can dial you up for paid sex each time she needs more funding (without, usually, being stigmatized/noticed by the surrounding society).

Well this is a good point ... about "not having long left to be wanted that way." And if you have an SO you may be watching that clock tick and keep wondering how long your body will hold up in its present state. So I am unsure about investing more than $100 in a monthly membership. I know it's not a lot in the overall scheme of having an SB, but I don't like wasting money.
On the other hand, Secret Benefits seems to have more members. But many of the accounts appear to be fake or bots. A young woman will message you and you never hear from them again - even though it appears that they are online. I have met one or two women from Secret Benefits but I resent buying a bunch of credits and wasting them on fake profiles.

In my opinion sugar dating sites are not really worth if your looking for girls outside a major metropolitan area. Most of the legit girls on the sites who are actually hot live in major cities like Toronto and are looking for an SD to finance part if their lifestyle.
