The def. had their chances in the third - I'm actually ok with the loss, they played well, IS31 played great and made some key saves at the right times, they could've easily tied it in the 3rd - they ran into a hot goalie - it happens - lets see how they bounce back against the Caps.

And why does that mean that you never have anything of substance to contribute? No imagination, not content.

Actually, you're on a longer losing streak than the the Leafs. You've done nothing positive ever in terms of discussion.
Kyle's posts really seem to upset you shack. That's really on you, not on him. Why not just ignore them instead of feeling always compelled to respond and try weakly to somehow 'put him in his place'? He has a right to voice his opinions within the rules of the board. The value of his posts are not up to you to assess, validate/invalidate or condemn. They just are. You should move on. Your constant bitching about his posts are actually becoming more annoying than any comments Kyle actually posts, and your moaning is having zero affect. Clearly he's living rent-free in your head, right next to Darts. :ROFLMAO:

That Matthews turnover was a killer. It could easily have gone into OT to keep the streak going. The Rangers were given very little. The Leafs offense was a bit sloppy. Particularly the PP. Lili was injured in the 2nd period.

Both goals by the Rangers so far seem to be typical goals for Murray. This guy seems to be pretty weak positionally.

What on earth are you talking about??? One of the best position goalies in the league...lol.

Neither of the goals were his fault. Vesey's goal was nothing more then an unreal play.

Once in a while you get goalied, and that's what happened last night. This team is solid.

I thought that was one of the Leafs best games this season.
And it was still a nail-biter.

But to outshoot a quality and hard working team like Tampa 40-19 is impressive.

I wonder if Wick thought it was a good performance.

I heard the Leafs got fined $100k by NHL for going to St. Louis to play against the Blues, breaching regulation. I wonder what is that regulation about???

News report just says it breached Collective Bargaining Agreement. I still don’t understand why they are fined $100k

Leafs fined $100K for traveling on Dec 26 to make sure they would get into St.Louis during the winter storm of the century. Also, Keefe was fined $10K for pissing on the ref for a missed call on a high-stick Aston-Reese. All pocket change I guess.
