I did not have an issue during the Stanley Cup playoffs. It all depends on your IPTV provider and subscription plan.
The assumption is that these Bell / Rogers Monopoly will be going after the Free IPTV Channels that also exist as well as the Kodi Apps.

In the UK it is free to watch the World Cup Football matches from Qatar.
By the way the conservatives did nothing to address this monopoly. They just encouraged it!!
