Prediction: That dream will end at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, NY, if not sooner...
LOL. It already ended. They lost to the Bengals. No perfect season after all. I was being facetious with my earlier post. I really think getting a Wild Card and possibly winning a play-off game is their ceiling.

Patriots QB Bryan Hoyer suffered a head injury and sensibly did not return. If he doesnt recover, the Pats have only one QB on their roster

I see Belicheck bringing Cam Newton back. A marriage of convenience and necessity!
Anybody but Cam, I think. The former MVP and Super Bowl contender had a great opportunity to rebuild his career and didnt take it. Plus his showboating antics not to the liking of Belicheck

I can't believe the Ravens went for it on 4th and goal instead of kicking the field goal. Perhaps if they had hemmed in the Bills on the one yard line it may have worked out, but Jackson threw an interception and Buffalo promptly marched down the field and kicked game winning FG as time expired
It seemed to be a bad call all the way around. It wasn't like when some teams Go for 2 at the end of the game for the win and the bills are no pushover. It looked like Buffalo had all the momentum in the 2nd half and the ravens secondary played poorly but you have to have some confidence your defense can at least slow them down enough to prevent a TD.

Looks like it's Teddy for a few weeks for the Fish.
He had a promising career when he cam into the league with the Vikings until he had a devastating knee injury.
Fish play the J-E-T-S this week. Jets are better than last year so hopefully Teddy can het some confidence and pull out a win.

Prior to when Brady left, NE had owned that division winning it 17 out of 19 years (2001 to 2019). The years they did not win was Brady's second year and the year he missed due to an injury.

As much as I find it incredible for a team to be that good for that long, it is unbelievable that the other teams in that division stunk for so long.

A lot of Raven players were pissed off that they did not kick a field goal.

By not kicking the field goal, Buffalo had a shorter field to win the game.

Harbaugh had a couple of brain cramps last year when he tried to win it all by going for a two-point conversion on the last play of the game.

Russell Wilson keeps cracking under pressure. This time twice. Dumb off balance interception when Broncos about to score. Then on 4th & 1, he decides to throw (and misses) instead of running the ball. Looks like this trade could match the Cowboys Herschel Walker trade to Minnesota in terms of fleecing (n)

That game last night was putrid. I don't know WTF is wrong with the Broncos offense, they are so disjointed and unprepared. Almost like they don't practice between games.

He's either not as good as everyone assumed or he's trying too hard to force plays. Either way, he doesn't look very good so far.

Oh my poor 🐬🐬. Third string QB playing. Both starting tackles out. No X at CB.
Reality is setting in after a good start to season.

Eagles 5-0. Giants 4-1 built on tough defense. Cowboys 4-1 with substitute quarterback. Has the fabled NFC East of the golden era returned? We shall see.

Stafford threw 42 times, racked up 308 yards. Rams only rushed 15 times. Cooper Rush (what a name) threw only 16 times for 102 yards. Cowboys rushed 35 times. Cowboys 22 Rams 10. Running bags are not critical in the NFL, say some punch heads. Go tell that to the Rams. That said, how sustainable is a team where the QB is also the leading rusher as in Jalon Hurts (what a name) of the high flying Eagles

The Kansas City Chiefs came roaring back from a 17-0 deficit to defeat the Las Vegas Raiders 30-29. Travis Kelce reeled in 4 touchdowns. Incredible

Tom Brady missed practice on Saturday to attend Robert Kraft's wedding and his team lost 20-18 to the woeful Steelers. Which brings up the classic Alan Iverson rant about practice.
