Yes, too bad Iran walked away from the talks under orders from their criminal president or there could already be a treaty re-established.

But no surprise your zealotry had you avoid my questions.
Trump walked away from the treaty and Biden refuses to honour the terms of the treaty.
Its the US that walked away.

No surprise you're still here pushing for more war.
Also no surprise that when you say the sky is falling for 30 years in a row people think you're nuts.

is that supposed to justify Iran enriching uranium well past any peaceful use and breaking off talks to resum a treaty?
Yes, that's the only card they have to play in negotiations.
Trump walked away from the JCPOA and put in place sanctions.
Biden refuses to end those sanctions or guarantee he won't just put them back in place after the agreement is signed.
So Iran is playing the only card they have.

Still better than Israel bombing them to try to stop them signing the JCPOA at all.

I love how you can justify Iran doubling their stock of 20% fuel in a single month, producing 25 kg of highly enriched Uranium, hiding nuclear sites, and reneging on deals they just signed.

Easy solution for Iran would be to continue complying with the deal which would leave the US with no legitimate stance other than re-joining. Instead Iran continues to be provocative and is now demanding that countries remove human rights sanctions on Iran as part of a nuclear deal.

The talks again seemed to have failed as Iran continues to enrich to 60%. Seems the sticking point is Iran is demanding the UN stop investigating the undeclared nuclear sites.

Yes, I know.
You and Israel are against Iran signing a peace treaty that would guarantee they didn't build a bomb because you'd rather a war instead.
Israel's premier urges West to reject Iran nuclear deal
Israel's prime minister says the West is letting Iran manipulate talks over an emerging “bad deal” to curb Tehran's nuclear capabilities

What is this, 30 years of Israel crying wolf about Iran building the bomb now?

Say Iran signs the deal and MAGA 2024 happens, even our NAFTA/USMCA agreements are subject to MAGA 2024 never mind the deal with Iran.

I do not see an agreement signed until after the next election.

It appears noone can rely on an agreement with USA.

Yes, I know.
You and Israel ...
You know the term "whataboutism" right? Pathetic that you can't comment on anything without trying to make it about Israel.

Iran refused the EU's offer and instead started hardening demands, all the while creating more 60% Uranium with absolutely zero peaceful use and continually adding to their advanced centrifuges and refusing to answer the UN's questions about undeclared nuclear sites.

It's a pathetic world view to see everything simply based on your pet international crusade.

Possibly has an influence but Iran's leaders can continue using the same argument to continually refuse signing. Also, reporting on the EU's "final" offer it seems they had worked out that aspect though; it now hinging on Iran wanting the UN to stop investigating undeclared sites.

The lack of a deal bothers me far less than Iran's nuclear actions that have absolutely no peaceful use.

The only issues were that the US wouldn't agree to end the sanctions they put in place when Trump withdrew from the JCPOA.
Now Biden won't find a way to guarantee that a new treaty could last through a new government.

Meanwhile, Israel still hasn't signed the NPT and keeps threatening to attack Iran.

You should try to actually look at the news. For that matter, you should try to actually examine what Iran is doing instead of blindly defending them simply because they share your hatred of Israel.

Last month, Borrell put a text in front of all parties that he described at the time as “final” and which he said was “the best equilibrium point between the positions of everybody.” But Iran is sticking to a demand that the IAEA draw a line under a probe launched when the agency found traces of nuclear material at three undeclared sites.

But why would you trust the person who's actually running the negotiations?

Not only they're making nukes, they kill their women for not wearing the hijab properly.

Iranian woman ‘beaten’ by police for ‘improper hijab’ dies after coma

Mahsa Amini, a 22-year-old Iranian woman who earlier this week fell into a coma shortly after being arrested and allegedly “beaten” by Iran’s morality police for “improper hijab” has died, the semi-official Fars news agency reported on Friday.

Amini had earlier this week traveled from Iran’s Kurdistan province to the capital Tehran to visit relatives when she was arrested by Iran’s morality police, known as “Gasht-e Ershad,” for “improper hijab” – that is, not fully covering her hair.

Iran’s police had said Amini “suffered a heart problem” while in detention – an assertion activists reject. They say Amini was beaten by police officers.

“Tehran’s police announced that Mahsa Amini ‘suddenly suffered from a heart problem’ - as if a 22-year-old woman has a heart attack that causes a coma and disfigurement naturally. Iranian media are publishing this nonsense as fact,” Mahsa Alimardani, a digital-rights researcher with the human rights organization ARTICLE 19, wrote on Twitter.

Hijab, which was made mandatory for women in Iran shortly after the country’s 1979 revolution, is considered a red line for Iran’s theocratic rulers. Women who break the strict dress code risk being harassed and arrested by Iran’s morality police.

Based on the dress code, women are required to fully cover their hair in public and wear long, loose-fitting clothes.

Amini’s story has sparked outrage on social media, both from inside and outside Iran.

“What does the supreme leader [Ali Khamenei], who rightly denounced the US police in the death of George Floyd, say about the Iranian police’s treatment of Mahsa Amini?” Mahmoud Sadeghi, a former member of Iran’s parliament, wrote on Twitter on Friday.

One person with the Twitter handle @rezahajilou pointed out that Amini’s right ear looked bloody in a widely shared image of her lying in a hospital bed.

“Mahsa Amini’s ears have bled. Most likely, her skull was broken and her ears were bleeding due to a severe beating. The heart attack story is a lie. We are dealing with a terrible crime,” the person tweeted.

First paragraph of your story.
France: Negotiations to bring Iran and the US back into the nuclear deal curbing Tehran’s nuclear program in exchange for lifting sanctions are in “stalemate,” EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said on Wednesday.

The US won't lift sanctions and guarantee they stay lifted.
Its the US that isn't holding up their end of the deal.

Franko has no problem with this, as long as those nasty far-right religious nuts hate Israel he'll defend them.

Stupid comment.
Religious wackos are all stupid, from the american christian taliban, to Iranian extremists to orthodox 'settlers'.
What's crazier is claiming that your own personal religious wackos are somehow holier than anyone else.

Separate church from state and don't give those clowns any power.
