Yet California's GDP is almost twice that of the whole of Canada. if it were a nation on it's own, then California would rank sixth, just behind Germany.
California's Tech sector will be a huuuuuuge miss if the State were to disappear, especially as they have the largest GDP in the USA with almost 1.5 times bigger than the next largest one called Texas. It is a whopping 15% of the whole of the USA's GDP.
