those low budget Orioles are scary and good. Who could have imagined them in the playoffs at start of season?

Yep they look good and could knock Jays out of post season play. Pitching did the Jays in again yesterday with the bullpen blowing the lead. Monday it was the starter with Kikuchi being Kikuchi.

The Jays picked up yet another outfielder, JBJ who was released by Boston. I don't get it. They needed top notch pitching and missed the boat. The only way they can now compete against the top teams with their pitching is to have the best all around hitting team in baseball. To achieve that several players have to get hot which won't happen if most players are playing part time.

Bring up top prospect pitcher ,Ricky Tiedeman, for relief , he's blowing everyone away in minors, Let's see how he handles ML batters

This must be the end of the line for Berrios. I'm guessing that he's hiding an injury.

He's getting shelled like a Senior Rec League pitcher out there.

Yup + one more performance to underscore that the Jays do not have enough pitching to go deep

No Bobofette in today's lineup, good!, fucken rally killer.
Bichette is 15th in hits in all of MLB this year. He was 2nd in all of MLB last year. He is 23rd in RBIs in the majors this year and was 15th last year.

Who would you expect to get back if he was traded?

BTW, do you have stats that show how many rallies he kills and as compared to other players or is this simply an anecdotal observation?

The Guardians (I hate that name) showed the Jays how to win today. Aggressive, stealing bases and good starting pitching.

Cleveland, Baltimore, Tampa, Minny, Seattle and the White Sox will be in a dog fight the rest of the year for the wild card spots.

As The Jays fade out of contention...
Not necessarily. They are on par with those teams so it will be who is the hottest of those teams over the rest of the season.

They are currently leading all of those teams.

Trade him for an ace pitcher or a reliver that can throw 100mph,,, maybe I'm talking out of frustration with this team, lol

interesting..... ex Jay, 100 mph Ken Giles was DFA'd by Seattle and chose free agency. He is available, should Jays get him back?

He's had Tommy John surgery in 2020, he's lost a few mph on his fastball from
