Yes, the torpedoes were a major problem. The USN improved their kill rate when they fixed the torpedoes. Your point being?
It took them YEARS to do it. All militaries and wars have logistical and operational issues. Maybe the Russians did change tactics because their tires are shit, who knows. But I seriously doubt its an issue they cannot adjust for. Maybe it just means they send more tires and station them closer to the front, and that they inspect and replace tires more often and before an assault. In either case I highly doubt its an issue that cannot be managed.

Serbia broke the rules as well. And Europe freaked out about it.

I didn't say killing folks in the 3rd World was okay. I post numerous times in support of Syrian refugees for instance. But most Europeans and North Americans don't give a shit. Let's do it this way, notty: Give me a list of all the articles and social media posts about Ukraine in the last month. Probably 100,000 or more?

Now do the same thing for the war in Yemen. Now do the same thing for the current Ethiopian genocide war. There's probably 100 articles on Yemen? And 5 or 6 on Ethiopia?

See my point?
Sorry I didn’t follow the entire discussion but the point seems to be: if you want to kill a bunch of people they better not be white?

Then why did the Minsk Accords exist and why did the French and Germans sponsor it. Were they to prevent Ukraine from being too nice to Donbas? How did 14,000 people die ?
14,000 people died in a shooting war that's been going on since 2014.

Same as former Yugoslavia.. Serbs were killing Bosnians. So in this case Russians were being killed. How do you think that Russia can sit still next door while its allies are attacked?

Because they weren't sitting next door.
They started the war in 2014 and have been actively supporting it ever since.
If so why did they agree to the Minsk accords, why did Germany, France and the UN endorse this process, and why did Ukraine renege on it?

It took the USN about a year.

Telenko thinks the Russians have depleted their entire stock of tires. Can they manufacture more?... Sure. Some official will make a pile of rubles on the black market from each new shipment.

From Dec 1941 to Nov 1943..almost 2 full years. And it was designed in 1931!!!! I seriously doubt they have depleted their stock. They are using about 10-15% of their military power right now so they have shitloads other vehicles they can canniblize from if they need to. Maybe I will be proven wrong but I seriously doubt they will run out of tires

Tires have a 5-10 year lifespan if they are maintained, less if not.
Cannibalizing older tires from older vehicles will just make the problem worse.

These are military tires not the same as your crappy tire specials. So lets both admit you have no way of knowing what the lifespan of a russian military tire is nor how it has been stored

Russia agreed to the Minsk accords because they thought it prevented other countries from getting involved and solidified their gains.
The outside groups agreed to it hoping it would stop the violence.
Both sides reneged on it because it was shoddily written and both sides were able to claim the other one was breaking the agreement.

Wow that is a load of HORSESHIT. Ukraine agreed to it and the Minsk ageements were to reintegrate the republics into Ukraine. Russia never reneged on it, only Ukraine refused to particpate in the process and begain attacks on the republics. Funny it was well written enough to be sponsored by Germany and France as well as received UNSC approval.

You need to go look into the history of Minsk 1 and Minsk 2 and what happened there.
I get that since you believe Russia about everything you believe they were right to interpret Minsk 2 the way they did.
Lots of people disagree and from the text it isn't really possible to tell.
It really does seem like neither side wanted to abide by it, so they didn't.

if you don't have a citation that says. (in Russian), the tires on the BM-30 Smerch must be replaced every 10 years or when thread is worn. Then you have no point.
Uh huh.
For some reason you think the Chinese and Russian made rubber tires are so much superior to every other rubber tire made on the planet.

Only a fool would believe someone who want to sell him more product faster.

https://www.roadandtrack.com/car-cu.../a25577/how-to-make-your-tires-last-10-years/

When properly stored in a climate controlled warehouse, tires have an almost unlimited shelf life, and once they're on the road, proper care can add many years to a tire's life.

So mr gullible, who has more credibility? A tire vendor or an enthusiast publication.
