my Friends and i referred to the Rondun as the Rundown..too easy lol..The Warwick House. Went there looking for love.
Larry's Hideaway Went there to consummate love I found at the Warwick. I actually saw Rush there once. After their record came out.
The Rondun. My local at the beginning. Saw Goddo there. BB Gabor. Before it had live bands it had nice strippers.
Yonge Street Tavern. My after work Friday happy hour pub. Used to see Paul Bradley of "goin down the road" fame in there all the time. Chatted with him once.
The Colonial . Saw A Foot in Cold Water and Dizzy Gillespie there. Not on the same night.
The Forge. Saw the Canned Heat with Harvey Mandel and Bob "the bear" Hite. Original line up reunion.
Bemelmans. Great singles bar at the beginning of the 80's when the world still had optimism.
The Knob Hill. Saw Max Webster's first gig as Max Webster, (so their roadie told me) Saw Saga. Wireless. The Battered Wives. Ken Tobias.
Various Cabbage Town watering holes. After work Friday evenings.
All gone along with my ill spent youth.

Warwick/Larrys Hideaway...my older cousin took me there as a teen ...i waited outside of the Warwick..too young to get in...he took out a hooker and i broke my cherry at Larrys
