To Do List Admin-App-spreadsheet? Suggestions?

Hi

I only hobby when I find someone particularly attractive to me. My tastes are all over.

But when I see someone of interest, often she is not on schedule when I am available or in the mood. Then I tend to forget about them, or someone whom I had a great session with and want to repeat.

So I have decided I need to create a To-Do/Done List

I have a few thoughts from a simple Excel file to "Pocket" or even OneNote or similar. I'd like to be able to note their name. agency/indy, number all the normal stuff plus a link to their website and maybe even save the page or their pics offline. Categories like Redhead, slim, younger/older, shaved/bush etc would be great.

I'm security and privacy conscious so even using a private note on OneNote that I use for business is something that might not be a good idea.

Also, I'm getting more aware of the (remote) possibility of LE in the future. Moreso, travelling to USA where they can examine your computer, ask for social media passwords etc AND are trained/skilled to look for hidden files etc.

Any suggestions or sharing of what works for you, from simple to complex would be great. I think the collaborative effort could benefit everyone so inclined.

Use your TERB reviews as a form of record keeping diary.
Put the info you want to have access to later.
