the most impressive display from the organizers was the 10 minutes of empty chairs (literally) from their press conference a week or so ago. They’ve somehow managed to come across as even more laughable since.
Then do not sit next to them. Allow business to require proof of vaccination and let it decide if it wants to attract people who want to have only vaccinated people around. If there is enough demand for "vaccinated only" restaurants, there will be a supply.
