Sorry, if I touched a nerve but facts are facts.

Both Obamas are AA graduates.

President Biden clearly said he will pick a black woman for the SCOTUS regardless of her qualifications even if there are purple justices who are more qualified. So, no black males or non-blacks or purple people need apply even if they are more qualified.

What Trump did or didn't do is irrelevant. Biden is the president now. Why is he using the Trump standard?

On what do you base your statement that BO and MO or either of them were the beneficiaries of AA?

Joe never said such a thing.

Objective facts are sometimes inconvenient but important nevertheless.

We're more in line with mainstream Canadian values.
80% or so of Canadians got the jab and only 15% seem to be backing the yellow vest protest.

76% is actually a low.number for America. I thought that it would be North of 80%. But, it does tell you how little the resident lefties know about our neighbor to the south and where they get their news.

Yellow is just so very appropriate here, isn't it? Hard core covidiots need to start wearing yellow vests bordered with chicken feathers so the rest of us have a chance to turn around and go the other way...

If you're considering the skin colour of appointees at all, you're abandoning the concept of merit to some degree.

So, is Kamala unqualified because she's black/Indian or because she's a woman? Curious to know. I mean, she is smart, has succeeded at everything she'd done, and is getting slammed for rumours and innuendo in the right-wing media that started to get pickup in the MSM. Is she better or worse than Pence? Chenney? Gore?

Yeah, that's true. But again, are you telling me that Kavanaugh and ACB got there solely on merit? Or the 100+ other white male justices? That they were the best of the best and not appointed due to ideological reasons? You know that isn't the case.

I would argue he's someone who should recuse himself from a number of rulings he's weighed in on. His wife is a far-right organizer who actively supports causes that have appeared before the court. The fact that he hasn't is troubling. But, the USSC has different ethical rules than lower courts. So, he technically isn't breaking any rules, but it doesn't really pass the smell test.
