Yes, that's what your rights groups say.
Settlers who are engaged in attacks on civilians deserve to be arrested or self defense could be applied against them during their attacks.
Congratulations, this is the first time that you've ever admitted that Palestinians have a right to self defense against settlers in any situation.
Now, for the record, how is one to identify between say a 'random' settler and a 'terrorist' settler?
Thank you for posting that you also agree with Amnesty that every single settlement in the OToP are illegal war crimes.
Amnesty says settlers lose their civilian status when they take part in hostilities.
I assume that these would therefore not be civilians by your definition.
Armed Jewish settlers attacked the village, opened fire at homes and shouted profanities at local Palestinian residents.

Or for that matter, any of the settlers who took part in the 450 documented attacks on Palestinians over the last two years.
Since occupying the West Bank in 1967, Israel has misappropriated more than 2 million dunams of land there for its own purposes, including building and expanding settlements and paving roads for settlers. Some areas have been officially taken over by the state, others through daily acts of...

First I never said DCIP is a terrorist group (unless in your warped world think I run Israel).
Israel's official statement is that Defence for Children International are terrorists.
Do you agree or disagree with them?
We have different definitions of self defense. Self defense applies when you are being directly attacked and you can't get away, you can defend yourself against that person.
For instance if you were living under a military occupation with military checkpoints, would you say you couldn't get away?
Like the Palestinians in Gaza, they live inside the world's largest open air prison.
Or in the West Bank?
Can they get away?
Its all a slippery slope, basketcase.
Once you admit that settlers do act as 'terrorists' some times that would mean they could use the same rationale you use against Palestinians, that they 'thought they were 'terrorists'.
That's why its better to do away with the totally political term 'terrorist' and just go for war crimes, crimes against humanity and human rights violations like apartheid.
You should just join me in calling for both sides to be held to the law through the ICC.
That's the way to de-escalate.
