The overwhelming vast majority are choosing not to get the booster.
What part of this is so impossible for you to comprehend?
I looked it up, you are just making up information, aka lying. That or you have no idea what "overwhelming vast majority" actually means.

And that was from Jan 8th, those numbers would be higher now.

Actually I agreed with you on that point. But that has to do with getting access to the booster. Kids as an example are just getting to second dose. Demanding 3rd dose to go into public spaces at this point will cause a severe backlash. Once we surpass 50 then it will be politically viable to start talking about it. Hit 75 and a mandate can come in.
Yeppers. Much like the second dose they won't do it until people actually have the chance to get the third dose and there will probably be enough warning time to get it if you are a laggard.

You are an idiot.
35% is for Canada, so yes, I would say 65% is the vast majority.

Despite having enough doses for all, just 35 per cent of Canadians boosted
Canada has enough supply of COVID-19 vaccines to offer booster doses to all who are eligible, though so far just 35 per cent of Canadians have received their third shot, according to the federal health minister.
COVID-19 boosters: 35 per cent of Canadians have third shot | CTV News

Omicron will infect most people.
People with 2 shots of vaccine and a recent Covid recovery don`t need another shot of the same vaccine for protection against the same variant.

We are on the other side of the current peak, starting the reopening process, and people have severe Covid fatigue.
While the gross total number of boosters will obviously continue to go up, the number of those eligible continues to go up and the percentage will probably not change dramatically, unless it is down.

Until there is a new variant, wave, or surge, or a new effective vaccine formula, I highly doubt that the proportional desire for boosters is going to go up any time soon.

Wow I would have expected after the covid debacle he would be polling around 0%
He scores above 50% in the polls on covid response. Which means voters for other parties think he was fine. There is no debacle. In fact he consistently followed the science table.

And once this wave is over I'm betting it rises.

The rural residents who vote conservative have low education levels.
Do you have any data to support that claim?

I have met people on both sides of the equation who are well educated and under educated.

That article is almost 10 years old and outdated. Prove your statement with something within the last 2 years.
I don't think that much has changed in less than 10 years in rural Ontario (take away 2 years due to the pandemic). I think they've probably gotten stupider by electing Ford and have low vaccination rates. New sources say the schools there are underfunded, which is telling enough on its own.

The latest stats I read say Ontario is at 90% for two doses.
But the booster has been slow.
Part of that was due to booking last months, calling up the province to book a booster and they'd only give you a date a month in advance.
They haven't been pushing it as hard as they were the first rounds.

I'll put in a good word for rural folks, they work hard and actually produce stuff that humans can eat and drink. Don't like rural people? Then don't eat or drink what they produce.

I'll toast to family farms, though they are decreasing big time.

When the Second Wave really hit us in Ontario, Ford was very slow to take stringent measures until push came to shove and then he started shutting the businesses etc.
He probably learnt from that lesson, when his approval ratings really nosedived. He was booed at events downtown.
The most recent polls have the Conservatives and the Liberals in a neck and neck tie. The Liberals are ahead by just one percent.
However, it is too early to judge but the Health care workers and those in related services are really stressed and upset at the manner in which he was clamped down on their wages as well as benefits. Obviously, he is trying to backtrack now as it has affected his popularity.
